Who can join The Dance On?
Anyone — from complete beginners to professional dancers. We have categories for every skill level and age group. If you can move, you can compete.
Can I participate from anywhere in India?
Absolutely. Our online competitions are open to dancers across all states and union territories. You just need a smartphone and internet connection to upload your performance.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes! Every participant receives a digital certificate after results are published. Certificates include a unique verification code and can be downloaded, printed, or shared on social media.
What is the maximum video size?
You can upload videos up to 190MB. We recommend keeping your performance under 3 minutes for the best experience, though some competitions may have different time limits.
How does the judging work?
Each competition has a published scoring rubric covering technique, expression, creativity, and presentation. Judges are experienced professionals, and scores are published with full transparency.
Is there a fee to participate?
Registration on the platform is completely free. Individual competitions may have a small entry fee (starting at ₹49) to cover judging and certificate costs. Many events are free to enter.
Can I participate in multiple competitions?
Yes! There's no limit. You can enter as many competitions as you'd like across different categories and formats.
What dance styles do you support?
We support Hip Hop, Contemporary, Bollywood, Classical (Bharatanatyam, Kathak, etc.), Salsa, Krump, Breaking, Lyrical, Folk, and many more. We're constantly adding new categories based on dancer demand.
