Welcome to The Dance On. By creating an account, registering for competitions, uploading videos, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• Participants under 18 should have parental or guardian permission.
• One account per dancer.

2. Competition Rules

• Online submissions must be your original performance.
• Offline participants must report at the scheduled venue and time.
• The Dance On reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or inappropriate entries.

3. Video Submissions

• You retain ownership of your videos.
• By uploading, you grant The Dance On permission to display and promote your performance on our platform and social media.
• Videos containing offensive or copyrighted material may be removed.

4. Payments

• Paid competitions are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Registration becomes valid only after successful payment.
• Failed payments will not create confirmed registrations.

5. Refund Policy

• Competition fees are generally non-refundable.
• If an event is cancelled by The Dance On, eligible refunds will be processed.
• Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

6. Judging

• Judges' decisions are final.
• Live scores and rankings may change until results are officially published.

7. Certificates & Awards

• Digital certificates are issued after results are published.
• Certificates may be revoked if false information or misconduct is discovered.

8. Code of Conduct

• No harassment, abusive behavior, or hate speech.
• Respect judges, organizers, and fellow dancers.
• Violation may result in account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dance On logo, branding, and platform content remain our intellectual property.
